Real Healing. Real Tools. Real Talk.

This is where the protocols get personal, the nervous system gets a seat at the table, and you stop being treated like a symptom list.

1:1 Nutritional Therapy + Somatic Healing

The whole-person package. The reason you came here.

This is my flagship work — and the place where most of my clients land. It's a deeply personalized, one-on-one container where we weave functional nutrition and nervous system regulation together (because spoiler: they were never meant to be separate).

We'll look at what's happening in your body and what's happening with your body — your patterns, your cravings, the emotional weight you've been carrying around like a second handbag. Then we build a plan that actually fits the life you're living right now. Not the one you had before. Not the one you think you should have.

This is for the woman who:

  • Has tried the supplements, the diets, the protocols — and is over it

  • Knows something deeper is going on and is ready to address it

  • Wants a practitioner who's honest, warm, and isn't afraid to call her out (lovingly)

  • Is done waiting to feel like herself

Inside this work, we'll cover:

  • Personalized nutritional therapy + supplement guidance

  • Somatic and psychosomatic tools for nervous system regulation

  • Practical, ADHD-friendly strategies you'll actually use

  • Real-talk support between sessions when life gets messy

Available in-person (Spokane, WA) or virtually from anywhere.

Somatic Support Sessions

For when your body is loud and you don't know what it's saying.

Sometimes you don't need a full overhaul. You need a moment to drop into your body, get out of your head, and remember that your nervous system is talking to you — not betraying you.

These standalone somatic sessions are designed for women who want focused, hands-on nervous system work — without the full nutritional therapy container. We'll work with breath, body awareness, and psychosomatic practices to help you process what's stuck and reconnect with the wisdom your body has been carrying all along.

This is for the woman who:

  • Is already working with a nutritionist or practitioner but needs the somatic piece

  • Wants to learn tools she can use on her own

  • Feels disconnected from her body and is ready to come home to it

Available in-person or virtually. Drop-in or in small packages.

Speaking + Education

Bringing this conversation to your community, your team, your stage.

The reason most wellness messaging falls flat? It's either too clinical or too "love and light." I do neither. I bring real talk, real research, and a healthy dose of humor to every room I'm in — because healing is serious work, and that doesn't mean it has to be miserable to receive.

I speak to organizations, retreats, communities, women's groups, and wellness events on:

  • The connection between nutrition and the nervous system (and why ignoring one breaks the other)

  • What no one tells you about healing after cancer, chronic illness, or major medical trauma

  • Why "just relax" is terrible advice — and what actually works

  • Building a healing practice that honors the whole person (for practitioners)

Available for in-person speaking engagements as well as virtual keynotes, workshops, and panels.

  • "Loved it! I would like to receive the recording to rewatch it. The speaker, Karianne Gwinn, was phenomenal. I so greatly appreciate her transparency with sharing her story. I believe that this topic is so often overlooked and its an integral part of healing. It was hope building; inspiring!"

  • "I love Karianne, and how she teaches us . . . She has so much knowledge and conveys it in a way that shows concern for how I/we might respond to the material."

    — Webinar Attendee

  • "I very much appreciated Karianne's enthusiasm and knowledge for the subject matter. She provided A LOT of material, which honestly can get overwhelming, but her positivity and enthusiasm kept me engaged the whole time. I also appreciated that she didn't tell everyone what they must do, but instead encouraged."

HERE'S WHAT WORKING TOGETHER ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE:

  • A free discovery call where you tell me what's going on and I tell you whether I'm the right fit. (Sometimes I'm not — and I'll tell you that honestly. I'd rather refer you to the right person than waste your time.)

  • No copy-paste protocols. No generic supplement lists. We look at where your body has been, where it is right now, and what it actually needs — and we make a plan from there.

  • Expect tough love when you need it. Expect celebration when you hit a win. Expect at least one good laugh per session. Expect honesty — even when it's the thing nobody else has been willing to say out loud.

  • Because the goal isn't to need me forever. The goal is for you to trust your body, hear what it's saying, and have the tools to respond — long after our work together is done.

A few things worth knowing

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A woman in a long skirt stands in a field during sunset, with her back towards the camera and her hair flowing in the breeze.
  • Absolutely. While a lot of my clients have walked the cancer road (because I have, and we tend to find each other), this work is for any woman navigating chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, injury recovery, or the lingering effects of a body that's been through it.

  • Not at this time — I'm a one-woman show, and accepting insurance would mean a whole different kind of practice. I'd rather pour my energy into actually serving you well. (Many clients use HSA/FSA funds — happy to chat about it.)

  • The honest answer? It depends. Healing isn't linear, and anyone who promises you a specific timeline is selling you something. What I can tell you is that women who do this work consistently start noticing shifts within the first few weeks — energy, sleep, the way they relate to their body. The bigger transformations come with time.

  • Yes. About half my clients are virtual, and the work is just as effective. (If you're local to Spokane, in-person is also an option — and yes, my office is as cozy as you'd hope.)

  • Then we should talk. Book a discovery call and let's figure it out together. There's no pressure and no hard sell — just a real conversation about what you need and whether I'm the right person to help.

Your body has been waiting for you to listen.

You don't need another generic protocol. You don't need another practitioner who treats you like a checklist. You need someone who gets it — and who's willing to do the real work alongside you.

If that sounds like the kind of support you've been looking for, let's talk.

No pressure. No overwhelm. Just a real conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
